Growing up on Capitol Hill in Seattle, I was immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. As the daughter of an architect and a real estate agent, my parents' passion for homes inspired me deeply. Many weekends were spent exploring neighborhoods and attending my mother Ann Tabasinske's open houses, while my father Gary's insights into structural details, design, and architecture, fostered my lifelong love for houses and real estate.

After nearly 20 years in New York, where I worked in music, publishing, and luxury retail management, I returned to Seattle with my family in 2016. It was during the process of buying my own home that my passion for real estate was reignited.
